Questions We Get Asked
How long will my project take?
A bathroom runs three to four weeks, a major renovation three to six months, a new build nine to twelve. You get a written program before work starts.
Can changes be made during construction?
Yes. Changes are quoted and approved in writing as a variation before the work is done, so nothing lands on your invoice unagreed.
How are payments structured?
Progress payments tied to completed stages, set out in the contract. You pay for work that's finished, not work that's promised.
Who will I communicate with during the project?
Ahmed directly, from the first quote to the handover. Calls and messages are answered within two hours during business hours.
What happens if there are delays or issues?
You hear about it from us first, with a revised date and a plan. Weather, supply and certifier timing are the usual causes, and we build float into the program for them.
